For 35+ years & counting

Jacobi & Case, P.C. began 35 years ago. From its inception, the firm’s objective was to serve clients needing assistance in the area of environmental law, at that time a very new area of practice in Connecticut. We have since been engaged in numerous matters involving every aspect of environmental law, real estate law, business transactions and commercial litigation. We have represented major corporations, municipalities, small businesses, major developments, residential homeowners and banks.

Jacobi & Case, P.C.’s mission is to maintain an outstanding reputation for getting results. We help you achieve your goals. We handle litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the United States Environmental Protection Agency for 35 years.

No matter what the case or transaction is about, the firm’s job is to provide excellent legal service intended to obtain the best result for our clients. We are results oriented and would prefer settlement and negotiation to needless litigation. Not surprisingly, that value is not universally held, so litigation remains a large part of our practice. Still, the firm is simply centered on tirelessly and creatively pursuing our clients’ objectives. Everyone in the firm understands that this is what we are here for.
